You had stated you don't do end game content, and you also said your "experiment" only came from expert roulette, and also more than one person already politely pointed out the context here is within the end game.

tbh, speaking as a healer, for dungeon run as long as you are not undergeared, like 2+ level behind the dungeon (story/lvling) or 2+ patch cycle behind (for expert) I don't think anyone really care about what you meld. Put all +CP or +GP on your dungeon gears and I don't think most people will notice the difference.
Raids = Direct Hit to meet DPS Checks.

    Casual Content = Tenacity/SKS/Crit/DET.

Nobody cares what melds you put on your gear on Casual Content. I have 2 sets of ilvl450, one with Tenacity/SKS/Crit and one with just Direct Hit, there is no difference in the clear speed.

Everything about this post is just screaming that you have no idea what you're talking about. DH isn't some magical "meet DPS check" stat. It's actually a lower damage contributor than regular crit. And one person altering melds in some unoptimal and bizarre way isn't going to have any impact on clear speed at all, no. Having a set of gear with only DH melds would be worse than if you melded crit/DH together to proper breakpoints.

First, uhm why would you quote me to basically just repeat what I just said?

Second, as other had politely pointed out, you shouldn't really talk about Raid content as if you know the in and out of it while the fact of the matter is you don't even set foot in it. Well, I guess you can, but your argument really has no basic even if we don't account that most of the things you said so far are just ... factually wrong. If I have to be specific, your knowledge demonstration on raid stat is very meme and stereotype like, the kind that someone who only know through second hand experience or paper instead of actual first hand application.

There are actually solid mathematical formula behind each stats: there are linear, exponential, breakpoint that change from class to class and also base on the gears available. That's why it's an actual dynamic combination between stat to get the best mileage. Even eventually when the gears are strong enough that CRIT (not DH) eventually become king, we still have to account for diminishing in return point, and if other stat can give more bang for the buck as well as compensating for #of GCD within burst window. It's far more involved then just a "goto" stat like you seem to believe.
