Do you really think you can get a GTX 1070 for $100? This is the issue, right here. The MSRP for a GTX 1070 is $379 USD. That $100 USD won't even cover the manufacturing cost. No one is going to sell you a $379 card for $100.


edit: Even if you can get a GTX 1070 for a quarter of the MSRP, you're still going ridiculously over budget.
