Being legitimately toxic in this game really doesn't have any long term consequence in-game. Everything is instanced, you can visit other servers, easily change your name, easily transfer to another server/datacenter etc. I'm not talking about people just straight up being mean a-holes for no reason though. Most of what you mentioned are things the majority of the community can openly admit are "bad" and "toxic."

Lol i disagree. Being toxic in this game openly will just hurt your gaming experience. If you want to be extremely toxic and not get punished for it, try Black Desert Online. The daily chat in that game makes even the most toxic Overwatch competitive video looks tame lol. That game literally thrives on toxicity as it makes the game feel competitive and eventually makes them buy overpriced "For convenience" items on their cashshop in an effort to gain an advantage.
