Honestly, I think this game needs more toxicity. People are far too accepting of absolutely horrendous play from other players. You're considered an elitist if you expect someone to perform base job functions or wear level/job appropriate equipment. You're met with "chill" or "relax" when you politely ask someone what happened or why they we're or weren't doing something. The like to refer to the FFXIV community as " The Care Bear Community."
The thing is, you can be toxic, but then you will be blacklisted by everyone. That means, no more map parties for you, you get disinvited to linkshells, get kicked by your FC. Remember back in 2014-2015 when Hunts were pretty active? We had a few trolls pre-pulling Hunt A/S ranks as soon as they get off their chocobo's. Not even giving everyone a 5 minute courtesy wait lol. Pretty sure everyone black listed them xD.

I also remember this one quest, where there was a line in Costa de Sol, ppl had to kill some Dodo's or something, but some Elitist Raiders on a known toxic Raiding FC was killing the targets so ppl can't complete the quest. Everyone mass reported them and finally a GM in Flaming armor showed up and nabbed those griefers xD.
