Yeah, I'm with Lauront here. You are the one taking it out of context, and was seemingly being aggressive towards an innocuous comment made by Zeylos of all people, and foisting what he said to blanket many male Viera supporters as "liars", in my opinion.

Yoshida's quote literally reads how it says. You are the one stretching for a "no" here. Trying to explain it like it has something to do with Japanese 'culture', When at the end of the day SE is a business, and just as the quote reads, if demand is there and circumstances allow they would consider implementing male viera.

I'm not finding this quote though, ones I have found have been taken out of context and not representing their true meaning, hence why I asked for the exact quote and the link to it.

I feel that is fair, to ask for exact source and location of said source. Do you not?

In referring to the comment of lying, it is exactly what that is, a lie. The wording was posted in such a way claiming that male Viera would appear in 6.0. If that offends someone, I surely won't apologize for calling someone out for it. I see things as they are, how I am.

And if people are referring to the gamespot article, from March 25th, the official post trumps it due to being in May 9th, which is after March and the current official stance.

So, I'm curious what the basis is for these claims, if there is anything more recent then May 9th from official or reliable sources. I'm not afraid to admit in being in the wrong, but I won't know if I am if don't find said source. I prefer facts, not rumors and conjecture.
