It would be difficult to even maintain a Tekken-like physique for over 5 days and still be Bantamweight. It's true about the struggles of Rikiishi though.
Not particularly, keep in mind Kumogawa was shorter than Nekota in their youths.

Look at a real life comparison of.

    Zolani Tete

    and Nordine Oubaali

I will admit the size in the anime is much more unrealistic in terms of both shape size, but the muscle definition is not, when flexing or in the motion of punching you can clearly see the musculature underneath the skin, and especially on taller fighters you'll see abdominal and "Show" muscles more clearly. I will be honest and admit at rest they are not immediately viewable, but that also depends on the genetics of the fighter, though we say "zero percent" body fat the minimum fat a person can have changes from individual to individual. It's why in cases of large amounts of weight lose some people will experience "loose skin" as residual fat and others will experience it as purely excess skin.

Besides the end statement however, as always this is just my personal interpretation of how "Zero percent" body fat and "Rikiishi" like physique should be handled if it is a focal point of Male Viera's conceptualization, and I do not claim it is concretely Matsuno or the XIV development teams intention behind the design of the race.

I don't really see the difference. Those rl photos are what I envision a Bantamweight would be.
I just stated the anime Kumogawa doesn't represent what a near to none muscle Bantamweight would look like.
I do acknowledge the possibility of retaining muscle, just not in body building levels.
Given the role of the muscles in body building and boxing are entirely different, this comes out fairly obviously.
Also I know this is common knowledge but, there's no such thing as 0% body fat and the closest one can get to is 8% and even that is unuseable.
You'll probably end up like Rikiishi. lol The most you can reduce to while maintaining health standards is just around 15-18%.
