Because that's what the focus of an MMO should be :P And don't get me wrong, I'm cool with gays, bis and whatever, and I find straight people abusing the game as a dating sim just as cringy :P
I would say the "joy" emote is pretty expressive moreso than the happy. I literally had to go through every emote available to find the ones which work the best.Well that was a hell of a read from page 982 XD
When Hrothgar was announced there was plenty of vitriol thrown at male Hrothgar, the devs, male Viera supporters(yea people tend to try an overlook that a lot of people at the time of announcement were being very spiteful to these people too saying stuff like glad they didn't decide to cater to the *insert nasty words here*) so no side was immune to the toxicity being flung everywhere at that time.
Nowadays though the community at least on OF has mostly(few outliers) calmed down and are a lot more rational about the races citing genuine problems with the current implementation and giving reasonable opinions on things, the people who come in here purposely to stir the pot are the aggressors now and it is better that way since it is a lot easier to refute them because they tend to use strawman arguments of ERP :P
Still hoping for the bunny men so the gay Vil i befriended can come out of hiding and help him find that man he was interested in.
Also little more on topic if male Viera were to become a thing i would want a lot of their emotes to be close to female Viera being refined/subdued but i would love for their /happy to be a little over the top showing a small bit of playfulness is underneath
"The worst foe lies within the self."

Stayed away from this thread for awhile trying to get over my feelings about how things went down. Didn't work. That being said, i don't get why Viera can't use existing hair atm. For all the claims they look just like Hyur/Elezen with bunny ears, should they not be able to have hair styles already in game?

possibly more so a time thing and to some a "they dont want to" thingStayed away from this thread for awhile trying to get over my feelings about how things went down. Didn't work. like there is alot of hairs that can work for both hrothgar and Viera
but there is some that most likely cant
and probably would occur some situation like this
or just ears clipping through the hair

Since I rarely get a chance to watch announcements live I just want to say thank you to whoever is in those chats reminding them about male Viera and female Viera's hairstyles.

*yawns* Thanks for the bump. Anyways here's some art by @further-ruin from tumblr. The original caption was:
I had been holding off on officially finalizing the design of my male Viera since I was a bit upset that we weren’t going to be getting official models. But, truly, that shouldn’t stop me.

Let's try not to be overly rude and dismissive to other posters even if their opinions aren't shared by others who frequent the thread. Quite as much.
Still awaiting my big, buff bunny men!

But let's not pretend that repeated attacks against the entire purpose of this thread by the same people should be a thing that we let slide by. They have the right to post their thoughts here, but we have the right to share our opinions on their ideas. People need to own what they say.

They don't need reminding, this was a hot button issue way before the Expansion even released.
I hope not, that would just leave a mess :P
Need a Nap?
Yeah it shouldn't. Keep dreaming. Remember, ""its Not Completely off the table.""
