btw, last night only me (SCH) and the 2 tank were left in the battle and I ran out of MP while lucid dream was a on CD. Dungeon boss has 15% HP left. It was amazing that we managed to pull this off. My Lucid Dream kicked in at the right moment and we pulled through.
Nobody minds if a healer is barely DPSing because they have to spend all their resources healing just to get by, BUT I think we can all agree that if you were to look at that and say "Well, folks survived so there's no reason to upgrade my gear lol" people would be justified in saying you're bad.

Putting out a lot of DPS while keeping folks alive is the end goal. It's what you should strive to do. It's ok if you go "Well, I'm still practicing/gearing, I'll get there eventually." My beef is with the people who say "Well, nobody died, so I'm at the peak of my ability and see no reason to improve."
