I mean i am a paladin and i have heal but that doesn't make me a healer. that would be like me going into the expac saying "man wtf Yoshi-P why didn't you give my heal any love! i wanna be a healer that can tank every once in a while"

And all the rest of your actions are damage dealing.
I mean,the main issue here is that we have *too* much heal already,and we are getting *even more*. Thats way too much already! Most healers who doesn't just sit here waiting for ages for damage to happen now have even less to do.
Cards are all the same now. That's *even* less to do compared to what they already had to do,and AST just had a dot and a spell,reliably..

The thing is that 90% of the time you spend is dpsing because the damage is extremely predictable and your ogcd heals are enough (and with shb changes we're getting close to overkill) so what we healers want is to make that 90% of the time engaging and have 1 dps button, 1 aoe and 1 dot in EVERY healer does not help at all, specially in some cases like sch that had twice that number of skills.so again you rolled a healer and expected to have amazing DPS?

We dont want to be DPS with shorter queues, we want to have fun.
You're missing the point. To date, healing requirements are so low that the majority of a healer's time is spent dpsing. Given this fact, a more interesting dps rotation would have been very welcome.so again you rolled a healer and expected to have amazing DPS?

Imagine if all you had were Flash and defensive cooldowns. No attacks, no clemency, just a non-damaging ability and tools to mitigate damage. Let's take it a bit further and say Flash gave enough enmity that you could use it once a minute and be good. Would you be happy? Especially on fights that don't require running multiple cooldowns at all times?so again you rolled a healer and expected to have amazing DPS?

Imagine if RDM achieved its damage by spamming 121212121212 and only occasionally weaved in a couple oGCDs. Congratulations. You now have what a standard healer rotation looks like. This is what healers are upset about. Unless content hits harder, they're already glorified DPS with boring DPS abilities. What we have seen thus far is more of the same... except even less DPS.so again you rolled a healer and expected to have amazing DPS?

Hence why I purposely said "and only occasionally weaved in a couple oGCDs" because that's how healing currently works. You primarily DPS and weave in a couple oGCDs every once in a while.
You can give healers a thousand different ways to heal. It doesn't mean a thing if they never have to use half of them, which was the whole point.
