I mean, Blufever - the leaker who got most of the info right - never mentioned Hrothgar until later. DUN - DUN - DUN. I mean if they were made 'first' then makes sense he would have known about them before the Viera, right?

Right, also correct me if I'm wrong but I recall him posting on syncweavers vids and didn't mention anything about viera being(to my memory) being a genderlocked race. I really wish he hadn't nuked all of his comments since I think he posted more stuff on there than gamefaqs.

From what I recall there was zero mention of a genderlock from Blufever - the genderlock was added later due to some other leaker who was parroting information Blu already leaked. And that people don't expect Square to deliver two full races.

What we're rooting for is that the Square Inquisition delivers what was not to be expected - and thus blow us away at two 'full' races, for which people will quickly forget that Stormblood never had a new race for some reason.

Which job would be unique to FFXIV and has a weapon that has been seen in MSQ? It's certainly not gunbreaker, and dancer wouldn't be unique to FFXIV.
