Is it the one of "FFplayertest" in Eureka?
That's just a Pantera from Bless pasted over a screenshot.
If the weapon being over the name wasn't a dead giveaway I don't know what is.

You really cant look at TERA for what people like with races, as they locked several years worth of classes (I think it's still the case for new classes as well) to specific races, sex, or both.
It would be like looking at BC/LK era WoW and going "man people really love spacegoats and blood elves". While it could be 100% correct, they were also the only races alliance side that could be shaman and horde side that could be paladin, meaning you were guaranteed to see an artificially high number of them, regardless if people liked playing them or not. (And if you liked being able to see what was going on, you played pfemale dranei, as they took up 1/6 the screen space males took up)

What if it was just a new race we were getting instead of male Viera that's lion based and has a majestic mane?

Then the question would be, mixed with what? xD I guess we will see. Heck, to be honest, we don't even know if this isn't some elaborate 'red herring' type deal going on. Though that seems absolutely silly that Square would go so far as to pepper false information in regards to Hrothgar. I wonder if they're going to look as majestic as their manes.
Alternatively it's the perfect bait to counter leaks - leak themselves something that's false. Get people talking and also weed out some false leakers who'd latch onto that. Then switch it around on FanFest.

Lmao. If they fake leaked some stuff to find leakers, I will take my hat off to Yoshi for his epic troll. I wouldn't count on it though.
Edit: I am posting based on assumptions as I find it more likely to get two partial races than two full races based on the past. That's all. All of my assumptions are based on things I've seen.
I believe the lyrics are... I want to eat eat eat apples AND bananas.
