He's a fictional elf with the body of a human adult. If I want my 18+ viera to have a similar body type what's the problem? "I don't like it" isn't a valid reason. I don't like a lot of the ways people present themselves in-game but I'm not going to ask SE to remove customization options from the game because people have different tastes than me.
