seems like the difference in face type is the ears not the face itself so them all looking like they have the same face in the trailer is intentional at least to my untrained eye in that image

Hmm ... No. Faces from Hairstyle #1, #2, #3 and #4 are all unique faces.
But I can already tell the ears are set to the faces. So not much "variety" there, we gotta stick with presets again.



So comparing our 4 ladies from the trailer we got from right to left... (ear checkup)

But then again we get some additional mouth, nose and eye features that alter the face a bit.. So yea
