This is mostly because there isn't a supply for low to mid ranged crafted items, simply because in most cases no one is providing it. There are also examples where SE for some reason has extremely limited the supply of one of the ingredients in that item as in the case of Mythril Arrows. I task anyone to find me a reasonable source of Vulture Feathers, and before you try it, YG is almost completely wrong due to their mob locations not having been updated since before SE removed mobs from the delivery paths of DoH leves.
