Of course you wouldn't understand, you haven't since you started posting in here. There's never been any actual limitations on how many FCs you could own on an account, which is directly linked to how many FC houses you can own. As I explained before, you can't prevent people from inheriting houses through the FC system, regardless of how "legal" you think those methods are.

It's a loophole, some could argue an exploit. The game does not allow you to purchase multiple FC houses on the same account. The rules for purchasing a FC state that you cannot already own one. That alone seems to make it clear that SE's intent was to not allow FCs to own multiple houses.

However, as you mentioned, there is a way around the rules set in place, and that is by transferring ownership of an FC from a separate account to one of your alts on the account that already has FC housing. Rinse and repeat.

So yes, while the game allows it, it doesn't change the fact it's an exploit. If it wasn't one, we'd all be able to buy as many houses as we wanted on a single account.

You can load up 8 FC houses on a single service account without help from anyone, as long as you have the money, the minimum FC rank, 4 players in the FC at the time of purchase, a character at lvl 50 with the required GC rank.

But there was one. The one restriction that was going on for a bit when you could only own one FC house per account. So if you were in a FC that owned a house you could not get another one on any character on the account/world. Since you posted that you need to transfer the rights from another account this sounds like you did that while the restriction was in place otherwise if there was none you would not have needed the transfer between accounts.

At the time, transferring my FC houses onto the same account and re-arranging who owned what was the sole purpose. Finding out that I could suddenly purchase an extra house, without buying someone's property was nothing but an accident. Besides, I could have purchased a house on my third account anyway. Literally no harm was done since the ward remained half empty until the embargo on personal houses was removed.

SE doesn't care about what happens 1 on 1. As long as both parties have given consent and are satisfied. Trading houses isn't against any rules and GMs don't care about whatever you have to say unless you are being involved.

Not true, you could always have multiple fc's by inheriting.
