I am main tank myself, and I still don't understand how this is a thing. This is an MMO, everyone has to contribute something to the party. If they contribute too less or even hinder the party, it would seem logical to me to replace them. But why kick the person who actually knows what's going on? Are most people that clueless? Or do they fear not getting a tank replacement because they are rare? Heck, I don't even see bad DPS getting kicked!

In Cincierta's case it was probably the right choice asking to get kicked, they were most likely pre-made.

The same happened to me, too. Got a MRD lvl 29 in Haukke, their equipment was the eastern lady set... Their HP pool was lower than that of our lowest caster, normal adds just needed 2-3 hits to kill them, and they couldn't keep aggro for even 5s. After they died twice (2nd caused a wipe) I asked why they are wearing this low level set... to get more EXP ofc. I told them I am not willing/able to heal them in this state, and they should equip real tank gear. They didn't had ANY. Just like Cincierta, I asked to get kicked.

Bulwark is a level 46 ability, did you mean rampart and/or anticipation or defensive skills in general?
