I still wished gettin kicked for these kind of things would result in a 30 min ban, as its just cheap... had that multiple times >_>

I don't know if I'm allowed to link a YT video of my last normal raid roulette...especially since I never got the chance to blur names.
Essentially, Exdeath Normal:
1.) One tank DC'ed for a good bit (aka, no LB3 save)
2.) DPS didn't dodge mechanics sans the one SAM, bless their soul
3.) Co-healer floor-tanked harder than any DRG
4.) DC'd tank returns, but everyone minus the 2 tanks and I wiped to one thing or another
5.) Tanks decide to suicide, despite finally getting LB3 gauge and the fact we'd been at this for _so_ long.
If anyone's interested in watching it, feel free to message me for the link.
Recently, there's been a spike of tanks who like to gripe that the healers aren't healing, but uh, buddy, I didn't see any cooldowns go off for the tank buster nor attempt to dodge mechanics...so I try to shrug it off.
What's a melee DPS?

If it can be perceived as calling someone out, probably best not to link it. Now if you were making a guide or something... and someone happened to die in the background, that's a bit safer.
My very first exdeath normal was like this. Warrior MT, never touched tank stance, got to like 3 vuln stacks and didn't cooldown. Needless to say... he died.
Welcome to the healer life.

Just built up the bravery to do my leveling roulette on ast and evidently replaced a healer that left earlier. I had no idea why until everyone respawned and we ran back to the boss they wiped on (was the second boss of Sohm Al) and I check the tank, and realized she was wearing the lvl 50 war af and using a 45 axe and 54 base accessories. The other two dps were trying (rdm and sam), I could tell, but the tank was evidently new to the instance. I heal through the boss and most of the time either the tank was sitting at 1/4 health or my mp was mostly bottomed out from keeping the party alive for that part. Also needless to say the war had a hard time keeping hate on themselves.
We then get to the final boss, and while we survive it, the sam and war tank panicked some during the wing phase and almost got the party wiped. I was tempted to tell the tank to go get better gear after the run, but I kept my mouth shut and thought that the other healer I replaced probably chewed them out. The last 1/4th of the fight my mp was almost always sitting below 700. It was balls to the walls close, but we survived.
I think I'm going to avoid roulette for a while longer.

Well, I think I hit gold, guys. Had two parties on roulette today that were just special.
First was a drk that evidently was still new to the tank scene, but what made it special was that he wore no pants. Legit had no gear in his leg slot, and was missing other pieces that he could have filled with cheap 26-29 tanking gear. The party did alright, but those missing slots could've saved some serious pain, including my eyesight.
The second that caused me to go do my drinking tonight was one where I rolled the Aery. Had me as ast, pld, blm, sam. I check everyone and see our tank has decent gear, blm has decent gear, sam...the sam was a special case. Wearing base gear you get when you get the soulstone, plus a 55 head and 51 feet slot. Everything else was questionable. Throughout the run I'm looking at what he was doing: going around and single-targetting mobs and his damage, oh god; let's just say the pld, blm and I were outdamaging him per hit. A few hits from a mob or not moving out of an aoe would bring him down to 1/4 health. I only saw him maintain Shifu, and I'm pretty sure there's two buffs for sam he could use.
Despite my directions on how to do the final boss, the sam would always flank the boss and not focus on fetters. We wiped three times before I gave up. Apparently he didn't bother to repair his gear before the run on top of that, making his final hits like wet noodles on mobs.
I need a beer or three.

I have had a few roulettes this week that have just been weird.
We start out ok and everything is going smooth. I don't have to heal much so I spend about 80% of my time in dps mode, throwing the occasional regen on the tank as they never really fell under 80-90% health and the regens could keep them nearly topped off.
It was like after the second boss the dps and tank all silently agreed that they hated me dpsing so they stopped dodging anything or using cooldowns throughout the rest of the dungeon. Needless to say I had very little time to dps and we came close to wiping a couple times. But I was able to keep them up.
I don't understand why when some ppl see the healer dps they feel the need to take as much damage as possible and then complain when healers do not dps.

Roulette is fine, worst case you just quit it. I met some great and some "not so great" tanks.Well, I think I hit gold, guys. Had two parties on roulette today that were just special.

I got one tank in Saint Mocianne's Arboretum that I rarely need to heal him for mob except the last few.
The worst one I got is a tank in Aurum Vale, no soul stone, with iLvl 245 gears, and do not talk at all...
Tried to pull every mob in the entire first room, died before I can cast a Cure II, a wipe of course,
I tried to ask him a few more times, no answer, he went straight in before waiting for my "Protect", died again and quit.
I got so annoyed I have to take a leave too, sorry to those 2 dps
"Not so good" tanks seems to happen more around 40~50s
Also I believe I saw that Sam you were talking about in a Raid today, watching him jumps around and every hit either one shot him or left him with less than 10% HP.
I never seem anyone died in first 10 sec in a raid(with tanks pulling boss), but somehow he opened my eyes.

I tried a trial roulette with scholar at absolute bare minimum ilvl and it was not a good idea. Got Garuda HM, and being what I was, my heals were pitiful. Too busy trying to keep people alive and DPS to pay too much attention to what my co-healer was doing exactly, but they sure were sitting pretty with their MP while I was struggling to keep up. Being Garuda though, the party just hammered through it.
And then there was Susanoo. Which I unfortunately learned I can solo heal as a white mage.
