But I could also understand the monk didn't. I wouldn't be surprised if he removed that skill from his hotbar.

They're not true monks.
True monks would totally use a worthless skill just to get back in the monk club to say "every one stop fighting about tornado kick, today I used one ilm punch for damage uptime".

I'd bet at least the MNK was probably parsing. Its his fault for not dodging anyway, positionals or not.

If they were, I doubt they would have complained about Holy spam...

If he was, he had a whole pack previous to the first Chimera's to figure out that losing 2-3k DPS isn't worth the sole melee-DPS having to dodge one swipe. If he wasn't, he must genuinely believe that ducking out of a fight for 2 seconds is a worse than a WHM refusing to do any AoE at all during a double-pull. Either way I could do nothing but laugh at how stupid the whole situation was and happily took the instant-pop dungeon after being kicked (which involved a team more appreciative of WHM AoE).

Exactly. As said, people were taking about 5% damage every few minutes, so to have someone walk into a stream and publicly go on a flame-fest because I was throwing stones instead of standing there topping off 1% and "Leaving the other Healer to do all the work" left me nothing to say other than... "K" and give him a free ban.

41 succors in one O1S run. I healed with this guy for four runs or something like that. I'm pretty sure he bled galvanize.

I'd take it as a chance to DPS a lot, at least xP

once a tank told me stop healing everybody including me was shock we had no choice but kick this person from the group.

I personally love big pulls as a healer, but I know that not all healers are into it. Which is why when I tank, I always ask if the healer is alright with big pulls before we start.

then i had one when the dps thought he could tank something about wow monks being able to tank so should ffxiv monk we tried to tell him over and over but kept dying we was like hey you need to go bye.

once a tank told me stop healing everybody including me was shock we had no choice but kick this person from the group.

They were probably fishing for a kick so they could requeue without a 30 minute penalty.

My worst enemy in Expert is DRK. Most of them aren't ... hm ... "great".
