In what will certainly be a minority opinion, I'd like to see the post per day limit get turned down. Why?

The problem isn't complaining. As was shown a page back from YoshiP's slide, people who are complaining by and large are doing so because they care. It's the ones who silently leave that are bad for business. A certain amount of complaining is expected, and even healthy.

Speaking as a software developer... is it fun to get complaints? No, not really. We all like to be praised. Is it useful to get complaints? Extremely. If I build an app for a client and something doesn't work well for their business, I want to know about it. That feedback can lead to immediate improvements in the product and happier clients.*

But what I don't need is the same feedback 50 times from the same person. That's where the real problem is. You get a few people who get really passionate and the next thing you know you have five ongoing threads all full of the same people complaining about the same things. That isn't useful, it's just noise. In that sense, fewer posts lowers the noise somewhat while still allowing the complaints to get through.

*(An old saying we have at the office is "the customer can't articulate what they want, but they know what they hate." Given enough feedback from one person, you can derive what they like from just hearing what they don't.)
