You probably aren't max on all crafter/gatherer, and have only the base amount of retainers (which is 2) lol...
I've looked at their Lodestone (wasn't hidden for me strangely enough), they have BLM 60 and ACN 27. That's it! Nothing else is unlocked. So take that for what you will.
