I'm pretty sure Alliance Raid Roulette gives more then MSQ.
Especially in that time to XP ratio but even just in raw XP numbers too.

I do 50/60, LVLR (Levelling Roulette), ARR(Alliance Raid Roulette) & Trial with the XPASS (Adventure Squadron XP Scroll) on my LVL 60+ BRD and I get about 1lvl +3/4 of the next.
