We still had mediums left on Balmung as of yesterday afternoon. I don't know if that is still the case, but there were still at least 30 mediums in the Goblet left not to mention the plethora of smalls. Considering we are the highest pop realm in NA, that's actually a bit amazing.

To me, that just goes to show how little love the Goblet gets. I personally don't like the way it looks. Even with that added centerpiece, everywhere else around it is blah. The other 3 zones had no problems with their Ms getting snatched. My fc moved to a M in another ward in LB, and within a minute a personal home owner had taken up residence in the old spot (also a M).

Relocating to larger spaces is fine for FCs because they naturally grow and need more space.

Please enlighten to me as to why fcs need more space as time goes on.

Every fc house, regardless of size, has the same amount of fc rooms and the exact same workshop. The npc cap has risen so now every house size can have every vendor. Crafting stations are only useful up to 50 so many don't even bother with them anymore. Gardening isn't much of an interest to most players.

Really, what do large fcs gain with a larger plot? The only gain I can see is the interior getting less crowded.

I was sitting in the goblet at the time and intended to do all 4 zones. After finishing just the goblet, i decided the others werent even worth looking at. The goblet on my server still had 10 large plots open, like 100 mediums, and more smalls then i was willing to count. Just... wow. When shiro went live we sold out(all plots all zones) in about 6 mins, but enough FCs/relocaters dislike goblet so much that there are that many premium openings?

There were 36 mediums left in the new Mist wards last I checked, didn’t bother counting the smalls, but we’ll just say numerous. They’re only five owned plots in my Subdivision.

Where are all these FC that were locked out of content due to not being able to get a house? They may as well just open it up to individuals at this point.

This is just your server. On my own, at least from glancing, the vast majority of houses that remain for sale are small. I'm going to assume on the likes of Balmung that there is nothing left, as usual.

Last I heard on the subreddit there were still smalls left. That is unheard of on Balmung.

There are massive amount of smalls left. Outside of Shirogane, most wards in the other three districts are 50%+ empty. I don't know if there are any mediums left, but those at least lasted nearly 24 hrs after they were released.

I guess I just don't see the problem with starting out with a small plot, much less a "dream plot" -- because that's exactly what my FC did. We were overjoyed to have a house at all, and then slowly worked our way up to the Large we have now.

This won't be the last time wards and houses are added.

On my server there are still mediums left in Goblet, and smalls all over the place. Water front in Mist and Shirogane available.
