Sadistic mechanic to Casual Dungeons?

How about making a dungeon one big escort quest with an NPC thats basically a 5th partymember. If he dies, the duty fails.

However, he moves faster than your walking speed, but slower than your running speed.

If the tank only pulls one group of mobs. He will complain and pull the next group.

If his HP isnt topped off he will complain about the healer.

If fights take too long he will complain about the DPS.

He will go AFK randomly with a variety of excuses. But you have to wait for him because he's the only one who can open passageways deeper into the dungeon.

If he had a voice actor, it'd be Kyle's whiny cousin from south park.
