A sadistic dungeon maze filled with the original (pre nerf Amdapor Keep) demon wall mechanics throughout. Trash mob packs and demon wall have to be killed to advance through the dungeon. The mechanics should be varied for each section before a boss and be really punishing before the final boss.
Edit: One section can have all the walls closing in, another with the ceiling and/or floor closing in, and the third with ceiling, floor and all the walls closing in.

Based on my experience with Shinryu EX, simply add some sort of non-targetable adds that you have to watch the aggro list cast bars to know what to do. It would be salt city.
Basically random adds/trash/bosses taking damage from healers AoE healing spells... at least people will know if the things can be healed to death...
I do find it a little jarring how generic the dungeon trash in XIV is, or even just enemy behavior in general.
Aside from hunt marks and bosses, once you've seen one monster of a certain type, you pretty much know what every single one you encounter from 1-70 is going to do.
We can do better than that, we can make these "Casual" dungeons entirely impossible to complete for any players and call it a day. That'll show those casuals!
Wipe=boot from the dungeon.
Over healing will make all the mobs immediately aggro you and force the tank to struggle getting aggro back.
Seriously, the amount of healers I see topping tanks off at 99%...
Make Stun, Silence needed again during boss fights.
Take away AOE lines on the ground.
All of the sudden everyone needs to pay attention.
keep dungeons as they are
why do you think the hardest content is done by 1% of the playerbase ? because nobody wants your savage mechanics
