Just thinking... if someone other uploads my data on fflogs without my consent, isn't he violating my privacy?

I can upload my data, but other's names must be anonymous and not taken in logs. Thus, fflogs must get from the log only data from characters that have fflogs account and discard (or set anonymous) everything else.
