This is such a bad anology, because first of all I'm a small leader in one of the biggest firms in my country, so leave alone me wantng a drunk head. Plus we already look for peoples behavior through social media.
Most big firms do this and someone did get kicked for talking shit about the company in UK too. There was some news about it.

Yeah... no. But you're displaying quite well why it's a bad idea--you're basing everything about that person on those images, and not how they regularly conduct themselves.
