Unfortunately for you, SE isn't going to ban people based on "video evidence" or "guide evidence" that they use parsers, nor are they going to ban people unless they actively harass other players on multiple occasions, which, at those point, it's more they get punished for the harassment aspect, not the parser aspect. Most people get is a "slap on the wrist" or a "stern talking to" in the GM Gaol (see the reddit post someone made after they were reported just for mentioning that they had "parsed purple" and the GM humored them with a question about pineapple pizzas) because SE is aware that players use parsers, and they turn a blind eye to them as long as people aren't jerks about it. Which is the majority of the parsing community.
