RDM's Vercure should be removed or heavily nerfed

Only real change I'd make to RDM is making Verraise a 60s CD ability. The fact Dualcast works with it is a problem. Hell, I wouldn't be bothered if this change was applied to all raises, tbh. Equalize their utility, and it's not a problem.

For the people making the "Red Mage use white magic" argument wouldn't this also be more in line with that? You are a jack of all trades master of none, you shouldn't have better rezzing ability then a White Mage. That or at least make Vercure and Veraise have add white mana as they are White magic spells.
