So instead of having one or two classes able to get an achievement...none should?
instead of having just 2 cls to be able to get the achievement they should make it obtainable for every cls but not force the playerbase to chose between Ast and Rdm. Potd was just a perfect example that RDM got hughe advantages over other cls and therefor you can call it "overpowered". not more not less. Everybody who does not see it or does not want to see it - should selfreflect a bit.
But i can't imagine to many cares about solo palace to F200 though.instead of having just 2 cls to be able to get the achievement they should make it obtainable for every cls but not force the playerbase to chose between Ast and Rdm. Also its called jobs/classes. Not Cls... #endrant
Then why would SE add an achievement *specifically* for soloing to floor 200?
Isnt there why they added Substain pots though? If you want to make it easy you gonna play the classes that has it easier (Rdm/Ast)
I personally don't entirely care about soloing potd at all. I just don't think RDM should be nerfed just because it can, especially since they changed things up so it would be possible to solo the instances. I'm response to get saying it should be nerfed because its one of two able to, I asked her why it's balance should be based on old content, especially now that devs intend the instance to be soloable now anyway.
But your answer is instead of making it achievable for all classes--just nerf the two who can so nobody can do it? That's silly. And again it's old content, you shouldn't balance a job around it. Vercure is borderline useless in modern raid content. Verraise is the thing everyone complaining about RDM is actually complaining about.instead of having just 2 cls to be able to get the achievement they should make it obtainable for every cls but not force the playerbase to chose between Ast and Rdm. Potd was just a perfect example that RDM got hughe advantages over other cls and therefor you can call it "overpowered". not more not less. Everybody who does not see it or does not want to see it - should selfreflect a bit.
and again "it was just an example that rdm is able to archive things other classes cant" - it's not about potd itself so you can say its old content 100 times, that won't change the core-fact. it just covers: if one cls can archive something what 20 other cls can't than it's just a hint that this cls is way more flexible and more powerful than the rest. and at this point of view it would make much more sense to nerf one cls instead of buffing 20 - its not that hard to understand?
I play Rdm as well in raid-progress so no im not hater but im also not so blind to see or say that Rdms flexibility and mistake forgiveness is "okay" compared to the oppertunities other cls have on their very own without support.

But it's also old content. Warrior was the only tank able to solo Titan Extreme in 3.x, SCH at 50 could solo an ARR A rank.
If you do raid RDM then tell me what nerfing Vercure would actually do to it performance-wise. When do you use vercure in any of the raids?
im personally not talking just about vercure but bout the whole cls design - Rdm is just "the" cls everybody can feel great with no skill, no complexity, no punishment, no positionals, much forgiveness, high dps even if you faceroll your keyboard. NO cls was ever so independent before not even the examples you are trying to bring up. Solo War Titan, Solo Sch Titan, Solo SMN Titan are around since forever the difference is those player actually got SKILL and it wasn't the norm - RDM is norm and be honest what does RDM need for performance? Now don't say skill....
