Quick question, I have a 340 bracelet from savage and a 320 crafted pentamelded, what do you think it's better? how can I value the extra str against the extra secondary stats?

Seems like the theorycrafters are not ready to give stat weights they feel comfortable with. My suggestions:

1) Hit up a striking dummy. Do five minutes with one bracelet and five with the other. Then you can compare results and see if there is a tangible difference. My guess is with one item difference (same ilvl) you'll have a hard time seeing much with this method. And, this assumes you're playing on a PC and run ACT/fflogs.
2) As a rough rule of thumb, primary stats are worth, at the very least, 2x the same amount of a secondary stat. This rule of thumb comes more from my experience with raiding in WoW, but looking at what I can find on stat weights for HSW number crunching (here for example) it seems to be okay.

Well, to get an overall value for each item you'll have to add up all the stats times their weights. So, based off the priorities in the first post, something like:

1.0*(Item's Stength Val) + 0.5*(Item's DH Val) + 0.3*(Item's Det Val) + 0.2*(Item's other stats)

Again, very rough back of the envelope math, but can give you an idea.

DH is the highest weighed secondary stat with around a 0.13 weight to every 1 STR. This means it would take about 8 DH to every 1 STR. Given that those 67 secondary stats could all be DH or an even worse scaling stat, it wouldn't outweigh 14 STR.

so at moment with balance melds with SkS+DH? but SkS with keep in mind higanbana and hagakure 3 sen.
