2) As a rough rule of thumb, primary stats are worth, at the very least, 2x the same amount of a secondary stat. This rule of thumb comes more from my experience with raiding in WoW, but looking at what I can find on stat weights for HSW number crunching (here for example) it seems to be okay.
14 str from the 340 vs 67 secondary stats from the 320, I guess the 320 one is superior... which makes no sense but w/e, thanks for your response!
