SAM out classing all other DPS

Just a question, does Ninki actually degrade? I was under the impression that it works like Kenki and doesn't. And most people have realized that DRG and MCH are in a bad place right now. I don't think anyone is arguing that they're good.

Oath, blood, Lily, Beast, Ninki, Kenki, Ammo, Aetherflow, Chakra, Fairy, B/W Mana and HEAT all don't degrade if they aren't used, and stay wherever they were indefinitely when you aren't hitting stuff. I remember wandering around for a while with 95 Heat outside of my FC for a few hours because I was lazy and it never dipped. The only point gauges empty if you change zones.
