Stop rewarding tanks/healers! We all put in the same effort.

It's called supply and demand. DPS, and I've been one for 99.99% of my MMO playtime, are extremely common. We're the burger flippers and grocery baggers of the MMO world. We're easily replaceable, therefore our relative value is low. The demand is easily met because the supply is so high. You're already getting your reward... a spot and minimum wage. You want more than that? You take on a role that is needed, but few are willing or able to perform. It's actually a pretty good life lesson.

To the never-reading OP. You have Whm at 61, Sch/Pld at 60. You could have tried to level one of those, but you chose to go from DPS to DPS in terms of leveling.

You're the one who chose to play that way. Deal with it.

Go play tank if you are so envious.
You get rewards, faster queues and help reducing tank shortage.

You can play any role with only one character in this game. Don't act like this is a exclusive thing that you can't have.

'Adventurer in Need' for leveling roulette specifically grants a cracked cluster, the UI will be updated with 4.05, but the reward is already present.

Problem is then tanks/healers would be working harder than dps for the same outcome.

I hate this mindset. Tanks and Healers aren't working harder than a DPS player and I say that as a Healer main. Upholding Rotations during mechanic heavy fights and with positional trash is a hell of a lot more work than you think it is. Keeping Aero on a boss and dishing out the occasional heal every 20 seconds is nothing compared to that. All three roles require an immense amount of upkeep to be played well. The only difference is that there is WAY MORE DPS ROLES than tank and healers. That's the only reason why queues for them are long. Get off the god complex please.
