Problem is then tanks/healers would be working harder than dps for the same outcome.These are meant to incentivize those roles since queue times for DPS are abysmal at times. Granted, what they added isn't all that effective since tanks will just spam leveling for a couple times or queue with friends and stop once they're bored/have enough materia. A better alternative might be rewarding players for longer queue times. Scaling the EXP or tomestones at least makes the wait worthless. Tanks may complete three dungeons in the time it takes a DPS to queue into one, but if said DPS got extra EXP it would balance out more.
