they have 1min to click the check box "Im not afk" and then hit okay or else they get dropped even if interacting with an npc.

One minute? If you never go afk for more than one minute, do you have bathroom breaks at your desk or something? Half an hour would be in line with the afk logout measures already in place. That I would prefer over this silly mass kick of the entire server with only 1 hour of notice (less than DF queue times occasionally).
