It's not as easy as you all claim it to be.
Then you decide what's more important to you; your friends or being able to log in faster.

SE has given people the option to move for free as a solution to that problem as they've decided that the current position with Balmung is untenable. If you and your friends are not interested in taking that offer then you're in no position to complain about a 3k login queue, simple as that.
