In my opinion.... the developers banking on people getting bored with the game and leaving, and designing their infrastructure around that "low population" period, is absolutely pathetic. What happens during 5.0 or 6.0 when the 'non expansion rush/normal' population levels might be higher than what they are now? We could theoretically be permanently stuck with this once-per-day timeout thing, and then they'll have to go and add another band-aid onto the pile.

Your choosing to ignore the fact that the server is locked completly so as long as the server stays that way the only potential increase could come from people who didn't buy Stormblood but decide to buy 5.0 and also factoring everyone who bought SB comes back and no one transfers from the server.

Mateus has already took a decent # of people who rp and will probably continue to be that way as all new role players are going to be on that server and more will join them in the future.

Honestly the incentive as is, is not enough to get people to transfer over if they improve on it more people will move.
