Skill-speed affects auto-attacks. Auto-attacks in gauge. Skill speed equals more gauge, equaling MORE FROGS.
I think skill-speed will be very important lol.

While Skill Speed may increase the frequency of Frogs, it is also the only stat that doesn't increase the damage of each Frog cast. Unless the % damage over a fight (in general, not just from Frog) to be gained from rate (far) exceeds that of any source of power, Skill Speed will remain inferior beyond its nearest rotational plateau.
I think crit/direct hit and some sks is good statwise.
In the matter of ten chi jin, it doesn't seem to be worth using all that much outside of AoE and to get trick attack combined with it.
It just eats away at the gcd so much that the potency gains aren't worth it, i'll save ten chi jin for the above situations.
Is that so? I've yet to reach lvl 70, at 68 right now, I already had that point in mind but was still waiting to get to lvl 70 as in the show case video they slowed down on purpose in order to show off the skill.
I mean, thats why I think SF has such an easy to clip timing now, as the devs maybe expected there to be some clipping on the GCD due to mudras or TCJ.
Will see :/
Surprisingly no, mainly there is the loss of Mutilate and Dancing Edge, both of which you would rarely use in trash pulls or in boss fights if there was another ninja or a warrior in the party.
If anything it got simplified, giving way to Shadow Fang being the only NIN DoT on GCD that now comes off of Gust Slash instead of Spinning Edge.
In the matter of Armor Crush, it became something of rare use in trash pull too as you can now Huton > Hide in between every mob to reset both your mudras and Huton timer. Also you no longer are pressured to time an Armor Crush once Huton falls below 21 seconds.
Right now the GCD rotation looks more like SF>AEx2>SF, AC only if needed, twice for commodity.
And so there you have it, Sks got suddenly back to be as useless a stat as it used to be. Yaaaay =-=
Seriously, why does this game hate Sks builds so much?
