People can play however they want - that includes me - and I do not want people in my party doing nothing. Ergo, they are gonna get the boot. If they want to do nothing, they need to find a party that lets them do nothing because its not my party.

This is legit the only game where I've seen healers be this lazy. I too, used to play tons of healer in TERA (back in Manaya/Kelsaik/Wonderholme days), and getting healers to DPS was never a problem despite the fact healer DPS in TERA is significantly less than in this game. Same with League - playing a healer (Soraka, Nami, Sona) that only heals gets you reported faster than you can say "GG".
