That depends how they design the parser, I can think of several ways to design a parser that doesn't cause min-max problems.

Not really. Any parser that does not feed the need or desire to exclude or control people would have to have a non-qualifiable output. No numbers, no colors, no words such as "good" "so-so" "poor", etc. Such a parser would not only be useless (it doesn't give you anything you can use), but unwanted by the very people who want them in the first place. In other words, it would be Stone Sky Sea. =p
