Should the Heavensward Leveling dungeons and trials have item level requirements?

i m sure we still get a weekly cap on Midan gear
Midas story mode is such an easy content now and still we suffer from 1 gear per week

IIRC the only thing with a cap left in Alexander is the Creator weapon gear for the micro stone.
