Isn't it a bit disheartening whats on the Horizon to all Hw content?

Wondrous Tales was never intended to revitalize old content at relevant ilvl, but to get people back into it. Should they ever want to actually make old Primals new again, then they would be better off scaling them up to 70 or releasing a Savage version.

I don't disagree with the fact that we need scaled up versions of some older fights but i140 is not a relevant item level for Titan Extreme.
