Well, even if it's about the same there's a big issue, it will cost dev time to port it and due to that we can't have other thing in the game.
Also the handheld screen is small, it might (might not) be a pain to play a MMO on it, i've tried to play on the PS Vita (I play on PC but have the game on PC and PS4) and forget it, things are so small it's not even worth the effort to start the remote play.
Then, if we have a PS4/Xbox One we bother with another console with about the same specs when Scorpio and Pro are coming?
Also on the Vita i don't have L2/R2 so i can't pretty much play, if the Switch doesn't have them too i don't see how the game would work on it.
Go watch the Switch intro video - the mobile controller actually has 2 shoulder buttons on either side - The pro controller - laid out just like the xbox controller. Either way, would be fine if the specs and details hold
