Once you get a full squad, is there any reason to bother continuing to do the challenge log? I acknowledge that the recruitment of "unique/desirable" recruits is a reason, and that will keep me going for on them pretty rigorously for a while.
I was wondering more along the lines of actual benefits your squad, mission unlocking, better XP growth, etc....
