Ya common recuits tend to feel normal in appearance compared to the rare ones.

the Snowman Lalafell and Bunny Girl recuit are GS challenge exclusive recuits but they are rare recuits so it is base on luck if you get them or not.

I have a doubt here guys, I have a gla ilvl 14 that is 64/16/42 , but on my recruit list I have another gla lvl 10 with 60/14/40.

Will the new gla become stronger if she reached the same lvl ? or the stats does change at all and is only with training?

They will be identical at the same level.

Aslo im still kind confuse what is the best or recomened way to train your squadrons, what stats are more necesary than orthers.

I don't think there is an overall "better" or "worse" since it varies between one mission and another. I'd probably go with dividing your 200 group points as 80 in whichever stat your team members (overall) are weakest in (which is just based on their class balance, since individual stats are just a function of class & level), and 60 in each of the other two.

Once you have those 200 group points allocated (which happens in just the first two times you do it), any further training is just for XP.

Well, the first two times, I got actual increases. Starting the third time, it began that pattern of just shifting the points around rather than adding any. Unfortunately, it doesn't take into consideration whether the recruits I'm training were even in the squad yet during those first two training sessions, so now my newer ones can't get any stat boosts.
And still no clue as to how to reset it so I can get another chance at useful training.

Yes, they can get XP, but that's all they can get. Only the first four members (the ones I had back when I did the first two training sessions) were able to get any stat boosts. Now, even if those four are out on a mission, so its only my newer members doing training (the ones who did NOT get any stat boosts before because they hadn't been recruited yet at the time), the training no longer allows any stat boosts. They can do the XP-only training so they don't fall as far behind in levels compared to the ones out on a mission, but their stats are stuck at their brand-new untrained values.

I'd just like for my newer recruits to get the same benefits from training that were available to my first ones.

Training doesn't increase the stats of your recruits at all.
It just boosts, or shifts, the 'squad pool'. It also provides a bit of XP.
When you go on a mission, the recruit points are added to the squad pool to determine how well they do on the mission.

My plan for now is, before I go on a mission, I will see what type of stats I need, and if I can't get to them with my current recruits, I'll see if I can shift a few points in the pool around.

If I can I will shift to increase success, if I don't need to, I'll train for xp 3x and then send them off to the mission.

I'm trying to get a full squadron of femroes.
So far, only 1 femroe and she's a lancer.
I wonder if squad members can unlock
jobs if they reach a certain level.

you can't cause there's a max of 5 for any race/sex combo.

you can change their jobs with an item, you get the first one from the Lv 20 rank up quest and you can buy more later when your GC Rank goes up.
