I did many challenge log of gold saucer and I still can't find that naked roe named Raging Ox, sad

I just got him right now from entering into three chocobo races. Now if all of my recruits could look like him, I'd be a happy lieutenant. I am having trouble kicking people out, though. As soon as they walk through the door I feel already attached and responsible for them. I don't want them to be sad, I don't want to ruin dreams!
