They will be identical at the same level.
Aslo im still kind confuse what is the best or recomened way to train your squadrons, what stats are more necesary than orthers.
That... You may be onto something there.
Here's my recruits and what I did to get them off the top of my head:
- Cecily (Female Hyur Conjurer) - Default
- Nanasomi (Male Lalafell Archer) - Default
- Hastaloyea (Male Roe Warrior) - Default
- Inghilswys (Female Roe Lancer) - "I was inspired by your countless deeds of heroism." (Might have come from 'Feeling Lucky' or 'Dungeon Master')
- Ceaulie (Female Elezen Archer) - "I wish to emulate your calm and resourcefulness in the face of chaos." (Might have come from 'Exercising the Right')
- Mumutano (Male Lalafell Gladiator) - "I wish to emulate your calm and resourcefulness in the face of chaos." (Might have come from 'Fated to Wander')
- Callous Steed (Male Roe Thaumaturge) - "I wish to serve under an officer that can balance work and play." (Came from 'Come Play Lord')
- V'nbolo (Female M'iqote Archer) - "I would follow a commander that appreciates the blessings of nature." (Came from 'The Gathering Storm HQ')
I'm starting to realize my five challenge log recruits all have green hair...
I want a full squadron of femroes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wsZ7013yHiw
I don't think there is an overall "better" or "worse" since it varies between one mission and another. I'd probably go with dividing your 200 group points as 80 in whichever stat your team members (overall) are weakest in (which is just based on their class balance, since individual stats are just a function of class & level), and 60 in each of the other two.
Once you have those 200 group points allocated (which happens in just the first two times you do it), any further training is just for XP.
Well, the first two times, I got actual increases. Starting the third time, it began that pattern of just shifting the points around rather than adding any. Unfortunately, it doesn't take into consideration whether the recruits I'm training were even in the squad yet during those first two training sessions, so now my newer ones can't get any stat boosts.
And still no clue as to how to reset it so I can get another chance at useful training.Training doesn't increase the stats of your recruits at all.Yes, they can get XP, but that's all they can get. Only the first four members (the ones I had back when I did the first two training sessions) were able to get any stat boosts. Now, even if those four are out on a mission, so its only my newer members doing training (the ones who did NOT get any stat boosts before because they hadn't been recruited yet at the time), the training no longer allows any stat boosts. They can do the XP-only training so they don't fall as far behind in levels compared to the ones out on a mission, but their stats are stuck at their brand-new untrained values.
I'd just like for my newer recruits to get the same benefits from training that were available to my first ones.
It just boosts, or shifts, the 'squad pool'. It also provides a bit of XP.
When you go on a mission, the recruit points are added to the squad pool to determine how well they do on the mission.
My plan for now is, before I go on a mission, I will see what type of stats I need, and if I can't get to them with my current recruits, I'll see if I can shift a few points in the pool around.
If I can I will shift to increase success, if I don't need to, I'll train for xp 3x and then send them off to the mission.
Once you get a full squad, is there any reason to bother continuing to do the challenge log? I acknowledge that the recruitment of "unique/desirable" recruits is a reason, and that will keep me going for on them pretty rigorously for a while.
I was wondering more along the lines of actual benefits your squad, mission unlocking, better XP growth, etc....
I love the "joke" characters but I wasnt lucky enough to get one yet.Very fun SE!
Each recruit has a trait that gives a bonus. As far as I'm aware, nobody has unlocked these yet. Maybe they're unlocked at higher levels.Once you get a full squad, is there any reason to bother continuing to do the challenge log? You.... you get me ;_;
