頑張ってよ (ganbatte yo) vs 頑張ってください (ganbatte kudasai) - (has multiple meanings depending on how you put it in sentence...could mean please try hard or good luck)

試してよ (Tameshite yo) vs 試してください (Tameshite kudasai) - please try it -

Either way it's same thing but tameshite kudasai is more formal, you wouldn't say tameshite yo to someone you don't know... I guess something like that. In general I don't see people saying 'yo' after too much.

ちょっと待ってよ!(chotto matte yo) vs ちょっと待ってください (chotto matte kudasai) - please wait!
