I actually said in many threads that the weekly lockouts are punishing new players and players who play multiple jobs. But let's be realistic, casuals being able to grind the best gear in one week could hurt the game a lot. So making the savage content the only one uncapped is giving the players at least some way to gear up without restrictions while it is actually restricted by the difficulty and kinda realistic to implement.
    I agree with you up to let's be realistic...

    The "Casual being able to grind the best gear" is the underlying problems, and that's where it needs to solve, but not w/ your savage solution.

    I leave with this comment as things are just going in circles and exchange has gone farther than what I'd liked...
