This is where the infinite loop seems to arise, as still no one has given a valid reason as to how this breaks the game, and please don't bother replying with the same post you keep making, as this conversation has circled round and round since page 3 of this thread.
I just do not see how people power levelling is affecting your gameplay.and i'm sure there more reason you can dig up for yourself maybe you just don't want to see it for yourself.Since people don't understand how game balance works here you go:
reasons why Abrupt leveling kills MMOs:
1: Economy: This hugely affects the economy because PLing your classes will not require you to gear your self until late game. So what happens to all the gear LV1-40 in the markets? It sits right there. Crafters and people who farm mats for gils will definitely feel the backlash from this. If you have any sense of analytical and observation skills you can look into the future of what downward spiral the economy will go into if the PL scenario worsens.
2: Server Character Level Distribution: New players will later find it hard to make and find group later down the line when people start to have multiple 50s and start the ever popular end game grind for gear. The content created by the devs for LV1-40 will be completely destroyed like it was in FFXI in Abyssea (might not be correct spelling) and will turn this game into another type of grindfest... the endgame grindfest.
3. Promotion of the lack of In-Game knowledge: This sounds fun doesn't it?! Lets not have no clue what we are doing, let alone what types of abilities are viable in class builds and end-game setups. Why can't these things be taught through player experiences and strife? That is the true way to stimulate sense of accomplishment!
4. Veteran Buzz-Kill = Loss players: Lets observe a real-life scenario. Let's say you worked intensely hard at a job and finally earned a promotion after 12 years of dedicated service. Then next week a new hire is suddenly jolted to your rank after 3 months. We saw this in FFXI and no one can't argue that the server population didn't suffer from it. Come on SE! don't you learn your lesson!? How would the current vets feel about this nonsense? Think before you post, please...

If someone has all their jobs at 50 from manually leveling them and grinding it out hardcore you are just going to think, "Wow, what a loser with no social life.", yet if they afk power level lulz to 50 you will just call them cheaters. Either way everyone is mad jelly.
once again its not about that you can make grinding fun without making ppl just go afk doing noting to get 1-50. sorry but you can't have everyone reaching 50 within 1-2week of the game not even wow is like that.

Ok, now you are just plain wrong. You can take any class to max level in WoW easily in days. The difference being that the games have completely different mechanics, so taking one class to 85 in WoW is similar to taking a few up to 50 in FFXIV, due to the constraints in place that each character needs to go through.
You can refer a friend 1-60 in 5 hours, outlands done in about 4 hours, notherend in about 8 and then herb/mine+quest cata zones in 10 hours to 85 last time I tried. So yeah, wow is like that.
I don't understand why a grind would have to be fun, you get levels from it. Work is rarely ever fun but it pays off.
Also people's levels and what they can do/have barely affects you, unless they are crafting items for you or raiding dungeons with you...either way it's beneficial for you to have it imo.
I have play wow and knew people who took at least 24hours to reach 50 and they been playing all day together. So i don't see how that could be done but i remember right they change it so you could not get that much exp like before. Also at the end it break the game with RMT and what the point of making 25dungeon or even adding low level stuff to do. I leave it at that i'm sure you can find your own reason but you just want powerlevel so bad so you can reach everything max yourself and i can understand that but there other way you can do that. without breaking the game and i'm sure SE would see that too.

Someone get this man a cigar, as that is the entire issue in a nutshell! Ding ding ding! You can refer a friend 1-60 in 5 hours, outlands done in about 4 hours, notherend in about 8 and then herb/mine+quest cata zones in 10 hours to 85 last time I tried. So yeah, wow is like that.

Are you talking about wow or ffxiv? Can't really understand what you tried to type out.I have play wow and knew people who took at least 24hours to reach 50 and they been playing all day together. Your argument is that everyone should be forced to level up the way you want them to or nobody will play with you.
I'm guessing that your hypothetical situation goes like this:
Player: Can anyone help me level up THF? (note: in all my fantasies THF is in the game)
You: Sure I have a class around your level! Let's PT!
Player: OK, but is anyone available to PL us? I'm anxious to get <dungeon access/cool higher level ability/whatever> as soon as possible.
You: I was actually hoping to level normally.
Player: Oh, well nevermind, I can wait for a PL later.
Maybe "Player" is kind of a tool or maybe "Player" just wants to get his THF leveled fast and doesn't want to grind for it like you do. In your ideal version of a no-powerleveling world, Player would just accept that he has to grind for a few months for <dungeon access/cool higher level ability/whatever> and suddenly be happy about it and have a grand time leveling with you. In the real world, Player has a high probability of quitting or simply never gets THF leveled up. If he does actually level up, he probably doesn't have much fun. Should Player just leave our sacred grinding game and let us grind in peace? That's up for debate, but I'm sure my position is obvious.
